Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to operational or external factors.
Risk and ownership transfer to the customer upon:
- Collection from our premises, or
- Delivery and signature of receipt
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery access and preparedness.
Furniture Warehouse™ is not responsible for delays outside of reasonable control.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns are subject to our Returns Policy.
Where applicable:
- Products may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion
- Clearance and Sale items are sold “voetstoots” and are non-refundable
- Special orders may not be cancelled once confirmed
Handling fees may apply to approved returns.
8. Warranties
Furniture Warehouse™ provides a standard warranty on applicable products, subject to proof of purchase.
Warranties do not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse or improper handling
- Fabric and leather deterioration
- Environmental damage
