2. Once done: View Cart & Proceed to checkout procedure
3. Once completed click on Place order
4. You will now receive Order confirmation email , you order status is now ON-HOLD
5. Please double check that all your info is correct, if incorrect please log in again and amend via MY ACCOUNT.
6.Your order is now safely next in line for either quick delivery or worst case next in line with our back orders arriving soon.
7. PLEASE PAY IN FULL
8.The self help online ordering section is now done, from here you will be taken care of via sales consultant from the FURNITURE WAREHOUSE store closest to you.
9. The sales consultant will confirm if the item/s or similar items are in stock at the closest store or any of our other stock stores.
10. If sold out the product/s back orders duration period will be discussed with you. Its normally not a long wait.
11. The Sales consultant will now convert your ONLINE ORDER to a new SALES ORDER and email it to you to double check, sign and email back.
12. Your items can now be collected or delivered ASAP.
- *Disclaimer: Please note stock not collected within 3 days carries a storage fee. Preferably you are to collect asap and relocate the items to their own storage facility to avoid costly retail building storage fees.
- It is recommended that the client inspect the goods before delivery or collection.
