We placed an online order for a genuine leather recliner, and forgot to request delivery iso pickup. We sent an e-mail to Furinture Warehouse and witin 5 minutes my phone rang...Mduduzi called, confirming our order, resolving the delivery, while being professional and friendly!  Invoice received, all paid in minutes... The chair was delivered the next day and the helpfully friendly delivery guys unwrapped and set it up in minutes! I had an outstanding experience at Furniture Warehouse in Randburg today. I spent around R100,000 on my purchase, and from the moment I walked in, the service was exceptional. Mduduzi, the sales consultant who assisted me, was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He made the entire process smooth and enjoyable, and most importantly, he kept his promise that my furniture would be delivered by 3:00 PM. The delivery team arrived on time, which exceeded my expectations. It's refreshing to receive such excellent customer service these days. Thank you to Mduduzi and the entire Furniture Warehouse team for making this such a pleasant experience.
