Returns, refunds & cancellations

  • Returns and refunds are handled in line with our stated policies and applicable consumer regulations.

  • Certain items, including pre-orders, back-orders, and large quantity orders, may not be eligible for refunds.

  • Refund eligibility and timelines depend on the product type and order status.

Delivery & collection support

  • Same-day collection may be available on selected items (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Delivery timelines vary based on location, item size, and courier availability.

  • Once goods are released from our stores, delivery communication is handled directly by the courier.

Orders & payments

  • All orders are processed once full payment has cleared in our bank account.

  • We accept approved card payments, Instant EFT, and selected payment partners.

  • Cash payments are not accepted in-store.

  • Order processing times depend on stock status and payment method.

Product care & warranties

  • Our furniture is designed for durability and everyday use when cared for correctly.

  • Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects under normal residential use.

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications is not covered.
