Deliveries & Collections

FAST DELIVERY

All deliveries to your desired destination are handled via Delivery sub contractors.

We are stockists of furniture & encourage collections (except Sundays & public holidays) so you receive your items FAST.

 Clients are encouraged/welcomed to use their own desired delivery contractor/s. 

The delivery contractor will handle all communication with our client after goods were released from our Warehouse.

We have stock Warehouses in Randburg & Centurion ready to assist ASAP.  

 

Please note:  NO DELIVERIES & NO COLLECTIONS on Sundays & public holidays (on these days our Showrooms are open but Stock Warehouses closed) 

* FUNDS MUST BE FULLY CLEARED IN OUR BANK ACCOUNT BEFORE PRODUCT/S RELEASE 

 

we have all products in stock, at FURNITURE WAREHOUSE it is possible to BUY TODAY , ENJOY TONIGHT (all in 1 day!)

    A. SAME DAY COLLECT/Delivery:   1. credit/debit card payment

    B. NEXT DAY/1 DAY wait:                 1. Client do a Cash deposit at their bank (Funds to clear/show next day in our account)

                                                                        WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH INSTORE

                                                                   2. On PAYFLEX or Fevertree/Credit application pay-out following day (Funds to clear/show in our account)

 

    C.  7 WORK DAYS wait:  1. Manual EFT bank transfer registered in our account (Bank work days count exclude Saturdays, Sundays & public Holidays)

                                                  day count start/commence once funds show in our account 

    D.  4-9 WEEKS  1. Commercial/Home owner large quantity* items orders (no matter what payment method used)

                                     * No Refund policy on large quantities ordered

                                2.  Any BACK ORDER item/s (sold out-fast sellers) item orders (Back order items may arrive earlier as the back orders are already in place)   

                                3.  Any PRE ORDER*  item/s (non stock) Custom item orders.

We are Gauteng based but, will endeavour sourcing a well priced courier to deliver out of Gauteng.

Alternatively, you are welcome to collect or arrange your own courier to collect from any of our Branches in Gauteng (East rand, Randburg or Centurion).

  

DELIVERY FEES 

The Final Delivery Fee is dependent on the Quantity, Volume and distance from our Closest Store in Gauteng.
