Furniture Warehouse offers same-day collection and reliable Gauteng delivery for customers shopping online or in-store.

All furniture is stocked locally and available from our Randburg (Northriding) and Centurion (Doringkloof) stores.

Whether you are browsing online, collecting in person, or arranging delivery, we make the process simple, fast, and transparent.

What you can expect:

• Same-day collection available (excluding Sundays & public holidays)
• Delivery across Gauteng & up to 300km outside Gauteng
• Stock available from Randburg & Centurion stores
• Trusted independent transporters
• Gauteng R650 flat rate (*for large volumes the fee will be adjusted) 
• 300km outside Gauteng radius: Clients collect or we handle the delivery. Rate/fee to be Quoted (based on distance & volume) 
• Further than 300km outside Gauteng radius: We do not oversee the delivery, clients arrange their own courier to collect

Fast delivery

All deliveries to your desired Gauteng (& up to 300km radius) destination are handled via either:

• Gauteng-based independent delivery subcontractors
• We are stockists of furniture and encourage collections (except Sundays & public holidays) so you receive your items FAST.
• Clients are welcome to use their own preferred delivery contractor(s) to come collect 
• Once goods are released from our stores, the delivery contractor will handle all communication with the client
• We have stores in Randburg and Centurion, ready to assist ASAP

Important payment notice

• Funds must be fully cleared in our bank account before products are released
• We have all products in stock — at Furniture Warehouse, it is possible to BUY TODAY, ENJOY TONIGHT (all in one day)

Collection & delivery timelines

A. Same-day collection / delivery

1. Credit or debit card payment (Please increase your card payment limit with your bank beforehand if required)
2. Instant EFT (Ozow)

B. Next day / 1-day wait

1. Cash deposit at client’s bank (Funds clear/show next day in our account)

   • We do not accept cash in-store

2. Payflex or Fevertree / credit application payout (Funds clear/show the following day in our account)

C. 7 working days wait

1. Manual EFT bank transfer registered in our account

• • Bank working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
  • Day count starts once funds reflect in our account

D. 4–9 weeks

Applies to:

1. Commercial or home-owner large quantity* item orders

   • No refund policy on large quantities ordered

2. Back-order items (sold-out fast sellers)

   • Back-order items may arrive earlier as orders are already in place

3. Pre-order* items (non-stock / custom orders)

• No refund policy on pre-orders

Delivery outside Gauteng

• We are Gauteng-based

• Clients may arrange their own courier to collect from any of our Gauteng stores (Randburg & Centurion)
