Please note that the proper care and maintenance has to be applied.

The following limitations are given

• Does not apply to furniture that was, at any time used as a floor sample or display model.
• Does not apply to furniture that was sold “as is” or second hand or furniture sold in a distressed state.
• Does not apply to furniture damaged by any other company used for collections/ deliveries that is not our own
• Only covers furniture intended for normal household / office use.
• Does not cover any condition resulting from misuse or abuse.
• Does not cover scratches, gouges, stains, heat marks, water marks, imprints, ink, marker, neglect and normal wear and tear
• Does not cover broken glass or mirrors.
• Repairs will only be done if returned to the original store of purchase accompanied by a copy of the original receipt.
• All repairs not covered will be charged for as well as any repairs that fall outside the year periods.

 

All our products other than listed below have a 1 year guarantee on workmanship.

 

 

Couches

• 2 Years guarantee on the frame.
• 5 Years guarantee on the foam. Collapsed foam will be replaced after assessment at the factory.
• Repairs will only be done if returned to the original store of purchase accompanied by a copy of the original receipt.

Recliner couches

• 5 Years guarantee on the recliner mechanism.
• 3 Years guarantee on the frame.
• 2 Years guarantee on coverings (fabric, synthetic leather, full leather).
• 1 Year on the balance of the suite (i.e. Stitching, Workmanship and Foam and Fibre content).
• Repairs will only be done if returned to the original store of purchase accompanied by a copy of the original receipt.

Mattresses

• All guarantees and warranties are listed on the mattresses provided they are placed on a solid base, and not on slatted bases. All warranty and guarantee claims will be inspected by the factory to ascertain the reason.
• Repairs/Replacements will only be done if returned to the original store of purchase accompanied by a copy of the original receipt.

 

 

HARDWOOD RANGE

1 YEAR WARRANTY (non-commercial use)

Each plank and/or part used on our solid hardwood range is unique, and features will show different natural variations in shape, color and grain.

The wood used comes from a living tree, and as a result, the furniture will vary depending on the grain and characteristics of the parts of wood used in the manufacturing process. Lighter pieces were closer to the bark and darker pieces were closer to the center of the tree. Natural markings will occur on some of your pieces, such as knots where tree branches grew. Sealers will also react differently to different parts of the wood and grain. These are normal characteristics that will not affect the performance of your furniture and are therefore not covered under warranty. You’ll agree that this variation is what makes wood furniture so unique and beautiful.

Natural wood may display small splits, knots, joint lines, and other organic features. These are normal and are not considered manufacturing or quality defects. Our warranty does not cover contraction, expansion, or any effects due to extreme high and low humidity, damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, improper care, or natural disasters. Wood warping or bending less than 5mm per meter length is considered accepted a normal do not fall under warranty. Cracks less than 1.5mm wide are not covered by the warranty and are considered natural. If one cannot view clear daylight through the crack its not covered by the Warranty.

 Clients need to regularly treat their furniture with a quality wood protector to ensure their Warranty remain valid.  (the protector to be suitable for sealed furniture)
