HARDWOOD RANGE
1 YEAR WARRANTY (non-commercial use)
Each plank and/or part used on our solid hardwood range is unique, and features will show different natural variations in shape, colour and grain.
The wood used comes from a living tree, and as a result, the furniture will vary depending on the grain and characteristics of the parts of wood used in the manufacturing process. Lighter pieces were closer to the bark and darker pieces were closer to the center of the tree. Natural markings will occur on some of your pieces, such as knots where tree branches grew. Sealers will also react differently to different parts of the wood and grain. These are normal characteristics that will not affect the performance of your furniture and are therefore not covered under warranty. You’ll agree that this variation is what makes wood furniture so unique and beautiful.
Natural wood may display small splits, knots, joint lines, and other organic features. These are normal and are not considered manufacturing or quality defects. Our warranty does not cover contraction, expansion, or any effects due to extreme high and low humidity, damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, improper care, or natural disasters.
